Of the 70 companies on the JSE 100 that disclosed their greenhouse gas emissions, Carbon Calculated had undertaken carbon footprints for a total of 13.

Mediclinic Corporation, Sanlam, Remgro, Vodacom, Rainbow Chicken, Santam, Bidvest, Pick n Pay, Liberty Holdings, Standard Bank, Nampak, Investec and Foshini.

Carbon Calculated have been invited by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) to become a CDP consultancy partner. CDP consultancy partners demonstrate a commitment to working with CDP to encourage high quality disclosure of climate change related data from global corporations. Partners are required to meet certain criteria before becoming a CDP partner.
Carbon Calculated is also part of a CDP pilot project for completion of the CDP ‘Response Check’, a high level ‘checking’ service for CDP responding companies that have completed their 2011 CDP response.
